INTERNAVA PERSIAN QUARTET 2018/19

Discussions are underway with the Music Museum in Tehran to form an Internava Persian Quartet, four musicians playing original Persian instruments, to demonstrate instruments featured in the museum’s remarkable ancient instrument collection, for local, foreign visitors and to give regular concerts at the museum. There is also an ambition to tour an exhibition of some of the instruments from the Music Museum’s historic collection alongside concerts by the Internava Persian Quartet inside Iran and internationally, including some of the spectacular historic houses and palaces of Iran. The Internava Persian Quartet will be led by Mehdi Rostami.
